Who we are

This website is operated by MIG Melton Indoor Golf Ltd, Unit C5C & C5D, Melton Commercial Park, Melton Mowbray, LE14 3JL ("MIG", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

We collect personal data when you:

  • Submit the contact form (name, email address, and your message)
  • Sign up to our newsletter (email address)
  • Use the on-site chat assistant (the questions you type, to generate a response)
  • Book a bay via our third-party booking system (GolfSimCloud), which has its own privacy policy

We do not use cookies to track you for advertising purposes. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) and is never shared.

How we use it

We use the data above only to respond to your enquiry, send newsletter updates you've signed up for, and answer your questions via the chat assistant. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Third parties we use

  • Resend — delivers contact form and newsletter emails to us
  • Google (Gemini API) — powers the on-site chat assistant; messages you send it are processed by Google's API
  • Google Maps — embedded on our Locations page; loading it may set cookies from Google
  • Vercel — hosts this website and may collect basic, anonymised traffic analytics
  • GolfSimCloud — our external booking system, with its own separate privacy policy

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the contact page.

Data retention

We keep contact form and newsletter data only for as long as needed to respond to you or maintain your subscription. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
